Michael was involved in Nashua Corporation's sale of real estate in Merrimack, New Hampshire. The transaction was completed with great results for the Company. He was focused on obtaining the best results on a timely basis.

Transfer Station owned by Waste Management. Sold to the State of NH for the expansion of the I-93 Widening Project and future expansion of the Park and Ride at Exit 5 in Londonderry NH. Sold for $2.3 Million.
