A proposed student housing project concept has an answer for educational institutions in Manchester, New Hampshire that might need additional student housing in 2014.  The student housing project concept will be geared towards educational institutions that would like to offer an off-campus student housing option in the Manchester downtown area.  Downtown, affordable housing for college students is a rare occurrence, let alone also providing amenities and an under-ground parking garage.

Harrington & Company is proud to present this concept for 351 Chestnut Street, Manchester, NH - A new renovation project located in the heart of downtown Manchester, NH. Harrington & Company is a partner in the transformation of the former Manchester police station into Student Housing and Academic Space with private, secure underground parking.
